TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to the participation of your child in our dance, singing, and acting classes:

  

1. Voluntary Participation: Participation in these classes is entirely voluntary. You understand that your child may choose to participate or withdraw at any time without any penalty.

 2. Physical Activity: Dance, singing, and acting classes involve physical activity that carries a risk of injury. While our instructors strive to ensure a safe environment, accidents may occur. You acknowledge that you have been informed of these risks and agree that neither the instructors nor the organisation shall be held liable for any injury or harm that may arise from participation. All risk assessments and liability insurances are in place to facilitate the utmost safety.

  3. Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that your child is physically fit and in good health to participate in these activities. If your child has any medical conditions or limitations, you must inform Somerstage in writing before the first class.

  4. Supervision and Conduct: Instructors will provide supervision during class time, but you are responsible for your child’s conduct and behaviour. Any disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in your child’s dismissal from the class without refund. Any concerns will be communicated and addressed with parents/carers prior dismissal.

 5. Personal Belongings: Somerstage is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the classes.

 

6. Emergency Contact: You must provide up-to-date emergency contact information and consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.

 

7. Fees and Refunds: Class fees must be paid in full by the specified deadlines set out by Somerstage. Refunds are not provided for missed classes.
