With strong industry connections, such as our affiliation with Bijou Talent agency, we are able to offer students opportunities to work professionally at a young age. Our large pool of friends and colleagues that are still working in the industry allow us to bring in guest teachers of the highest quality.
OUR PATRON NADINE COYLE
We are delighted to announce Nadine Coyle as our patron of Somerstage Theatre School!

The patronage honours Nadine Coyle’s journey, from young performer in a small town in Derry, Ireland to an international pop sensation. The young girl who's dreams became a reality!
Nadine is best known as being a member of the globally renowned girl band ‘Girls Aloud’. Nadine and the band achieved a string of twenty consecutive top ten singles in the United Kingdom, including four number ones. They also achieved seven certified albums, of which two reached number one. They have been nominated for five Brit Awards, winning the 2009 Best Single for "The Promise".

Nadine is regularly updated on what our students are up to at Somerstage and is a huge supporter of their work and development. Nadine believes strongly in supporting the arts, especially in smaller, rural areas, to give support to those with a passion for performing outside of bigger cities. She shares our vision in creating opportunities for young people that may have previously been difficult to pursue. Nadine is looking forward to seeing the growth of the students and school.
